Job Summary

The esteemed organisation is one of the world’s largest financial planning and insurance company looking for dynamic individuals to join their team.

Introduction to the role:

The organization is looking for an experienced PMO, who will be highly involved in supporting the exciting digital transformation journey of the organization that paves the way into the new day and age.

Duties include:

Business Case, Monitoring and reporting budget (40-50%):

  • Support the Programme manager with business cases and project proposals
  • Backup Head of Department on Business Continuity Plan exercises (BCP), crisis management, permanent control governance, etc.6000
  • Support section and project heads budget initialization and reporting
  • Liaise with section heads for understanding of budget and project portfolio needs
  • Propose and produce monthly dashboards for department activities and projects (Risk, Quality KPI, Alert, Planning, Budget)
  • Build and implement a quality assurance framework to support ISAP transversal projects (Devops, BluePrint, Lean, etc.)

Project Management, Change, collaboration

  • Act as project/change manager for small project across the Digital workspace programme
  • Coordinate and manage project activities
  • Take the lead to ensure the department alignment with CACIB / ISAP compliance and security rules and controls
  • Facilitate delivery project managers group sharing best practices and lessons learned across the department

General Admin (20%)

  • Provide support to the management during governance meeting
  • Organize and keep up to date databases/documentation related to budget and staff plan
  • Provide support to managers to ensure timesheet accuracy

Qualifications and Profile

Functional / Professional

  • 5+ years’ experience in PMO activities or in a project management role
  • Worked on business cases, understands these and can compile for the selected audience
  • Domain experience – ideally within Insurance but at a min with a Financial Services company
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills


  • Experience working on Digital programmes
  • Ms Excel (pivot table), Ms Project (EPM), Ms Powerpoint, Ms Sharepoint
  • Working in an Agile environment
