Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Regional Operations Center (ROC) Supervisor to work closely with Corporate Security APAC’s management team to manage, develop and enhance the ROC.

The ROC Supervisor’s will oversee ROC and its day to day operational requirements including physical security, regional travel program, geopolitical alerts escalation and personnel management.

The Position:

  • Communicate clearly and report in a timely fashion, all relevant information to APAC’s management team
  • Manage the ROC team within region, ensuring robust security standards and training in line with company’s CorpSec structure
  • Partner with local, regional and global stakeholders to align and standardize best ROC practices
  • Possess a deep understanding of CorpSec’s team objectives and actively contribute to the development and achievement of same
  • Oversee staffing requirements and resources of the ROC team
  • Ensure that ROC operators are appropriately trained for their assignments and other related taskings
  • Travel management; ensure delivery of company’s APAC travel security and support program
  • Geopolitical alerts: oversee the triaging, assessment, escalation and response of geopolitical alerts for impact to company
  • Incident management; escalate and respond to security incidents in an effective and timely manner
  • Event support; support CorpSec operations management in the planning and delivery of onsite and offsite events
  • Conduct regular audits of all ROC related taskings and infrastructure including but not limited to; ticketing system, alarm & incident response and travel management
  • Lead people development within the ROC team

The Candidate:

  • 3+ years security supervisory experience with a multinational company
  • Experience in the following: Travel Security, Control Rooms, Regional Operations, People Management, Ticketing Systems, Access Control Systems, CCTV
  • Experience in geopolitical alerting escalation and response
  • Background in a fast-paced environment where 24/7 availability is required
  • Exceptional communication and managerial skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to include succinct and precise writing style
  • Willingness and ability to travel at short notice
