Job Summary

Introduction to the role: As an marketing specialist, you are a dedicated marketing leader, part of an entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing business. Based in our Singapore location, you will be supporting the Enterprise Marketing Strategy, driving the business into Enterprise accounts, building a large, loyal and engaged customer base and actively working with a direct sales team on scalable enterprise marketing programs across multiple segments and channels.


The Position:

Enterprise Market Segmentation: Develop, socialize and get buy-in of the Enterprise marketing strategy and programs, working closely with marketing and sales leadership teams while representing the local voice of the customer in the process
New Account Acquisition: Strategize, execute, rollout & optimize new customer acquisition programs aligned to horizontal and vertical solutions including Account Based Marketing and scaleable enterprise programs.
Named Account Development: Strategize, execute, rollout and optimize programs to drive account opportunity through product adoption including customer conferences, enablement workshops, education and customer engagement tactics
Pipeline Management: Working closely with the sales teams and inside sales team to drive opportunity and revenue and deliver outbound co-ordinated sales plays.
Partners and Communities: Enable partners to target agreed enterprise accounts for and build inaccount relationships and build deep loyalty with end users and influencers and decision makers. 
Sales Stakeholder: Work hand in hand with sales to develop enterprise acquisition programs and align marketing and sales pipeline targets and account revenue targets


The Candidate:

Understanding of the enterprise software purchase, development and implementation cycles; Computer Science or development experience. Experience or understanding of Enterprise audience; Strong technical acumen, ability to interact with highly technical people and technologies
Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects; Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs including budget management
Strong communication skills in both business and technical situations, comfortability in talking about technical things with technical people and able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
People management and building marketing functions/teams experience
