  • Job Description

As a Regional Operations Lead, you will leverage your operational rigor, data analysis skills, performance coaching and process excellence skills to optimize operations for the regional vendor agency support team that engages with thousands of Cloud re-sellers and service channel partners at scale. Skilled in vendor management and optimizing the partner experience, you will build and measure programs to coach vendor agents as they on-board and enable partners. 

You will also coach our vendor agency support team on their performance, manage escalations and drive projects to improve our quality of service to maximize partner satisfaction along the life-cycle. Finally, you’re a strong operational analyst with a keen eye for developing data-driven operational improvements.

  • Requirements

Core responsibilities: 
1) Execute, measure and iterate on Regional Cloud Partner outbound activation initiatives for the channel program.  
2) Preempt, manage, and mitigate regional partner escalations.   
3) Design and maintain operational dashboard.
4) Lead effort to qualify upsell/cross-sell and other value-add opportunities
