Business Analyst

• Partner closely with QA testers and developers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to establish business outcomes definitions
• Liaise with business stakeholders early in the product development process

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst for a Multinational Corporation (MNC). The Analyst will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into technical specifications for solution design. This individual will be a someone who drives digital demand generation and innovation incubation.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with business stakeholders early in the product development process to capture business requirements as input into the digital solution design. Build and align the priority of functionalities to be developed within the product accordingly.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to establish business outcomes definitions and manage business requirements through product delivery to ensure business outcomes are met.
• Part of a scrum team and he/she will lead the sprint planning session by providing business goals and priorities.
• Align immediate business needs to longer term strategy system roadmap by working closely with Product Manager/Product Owner and key team members from other workstreams.
• Partner closely with QA testers and developers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Forge strong working relationship with business stakeholders to handle their new requests, operational issues or queries.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 2- 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills; be able to thoroughly understand + interpret customer business needs, translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Prior experience with marine operations and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with users at all levels
