Job Summary
The Change Manager plays a crucial role in developing a robust and lasting change management strategy for key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, manage, and deliver a change communications framework aligned with the needs of the project and the broader organisation.
· Collaborate with project leaders to identify suitable change management interventions based on impact analysis.
· Implement the framework by providing training, coaching, and support to project leaders and all affected stakeholders.
· Oversee the development and coordination of change management activities for key initiatives.
· Coordinate business change champions and stakeholders, leading activity and progress reporting.
Key Qualifications:
· Experience in communication strategies during significant organisational changes.
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
· Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
· Effective project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
· Ability to simplify complex information and create clear, actionable communications for various business stakeholders.
· Excellent organisational skills, adaptable to hybrid work environments, using online communication tools and in-person meetings as needed.
· Practical experience in developing communication materials, and proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
