Introduction to the role:

The organization is looking for an experienced Digital Store Merchandiser to run the end to end project planning through coordination of programs and projects as well as product launches, new site features and optimizations.


Duties include:


  • Product Launch: Plan, align and co-ordinate new product launches
  • Programs and Campaigns: Co-ordinate regional programs such as value added services and key seasonal events.
  • Drive Profitability: Run regional workstream to optimize our upsell and cross sell motions
  • Lead Regional Experimentation: Manage testing plans and facilitate testing intake across regional stakeholders
  • Analytics & insights: monitor site merchandising KPI’s across the region and build co-ordinate business insights across the regional teams

Qualifications and Profile

  • 7+ years of e-commerce experience in driving site merchandising
  • Regional experience and understanding of online retail and ecommerce in both current and emerging markets
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into program execution to drive business performance
  • Understanding of customer data and consumer insights, with high degree of comfort with sales data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
