The Position:

  • Entry level role to ensure the services provided to end user are in line with the needs of customers
  • Assist in development of new working with End User Services
  • Exposure to: IT incident handling, Office 365 Services, Asset Management, Endpoint Management and more

The Candidate:

  • M.Sc. in Computer Science or other equivalent technical discipline
  • Willingness to collaboration and communication with all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo

  • Build relationships with end users and stakeholders
  • Ambition to excel and high level of integrity 
  • Self-sufficient and proactive
