Overview:
A Marketing Automation Specialist is needed to support a centralized marketing automation team. This role focuses on setting up and executing email campaigns, managing lists, and providing support for campaign tracking and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Work with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and build audience lists.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
• Address technical issues, including basic HTML troubleshooting when required.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic HTML issues.
