We are seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist with expertise in labour market testing to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
In this role, you will partner with the People@ team, including Recruiting, Immigration and People Operations, to post jobs, review and screen job applications, build future talent pipelines, and promote our programs to attract talent at scale.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with the People team to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
- Advertise and manage job openings on government job boards, ensuring information is posted timely and accurately, and compliant with local regulations and internal guidelines.
- Screen resumes and candidates to determine minimum qualifications.
- Regularly track candidate pipeline activity, update application statuses in a timely manner, and maintain data integrity.
- Develop analyses and/or reports on job applications for recruiting purposes.
- Assist and support with labour market testing, reporting, and audits in partnership with our vendors and People team.
- Recommend and drive improvements that impact the hiring pipeline.
- Participate in projects with the People team to continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working in a human resources organization
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, including reviewing resumes, screening, and interviewing job applicants
- 1+ year of experience in process improvement and reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in day-to-day work
- Experience building relationships with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and exercise independent judgment and discretion to make decisions and resolve problems
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience advertising jobs on external job boards (e.g., MyCareersFuture) or experience with labour market testing
- Basic knowledge of legal and mobility policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities
- 1+ year of experience with compliance or audit-related work
- 1+ year of experience managing large volumes of applications
