🌐 About the Role

 

You'll help build and scale in the data platform space in providing support with applications to the team where you will automate deployments and monitoring process. This is part of a multi-year initiatives to enhance a seamless real-time data flow within the organisation.

🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Support Software Engineering and Cloud projects
  • Developing database infrastructure
  • Optimize and troubleshoot issues to enhance performance.
  • Work closely with teams to gather requirements and automate deployment and monitoring processes.
  • Enhance storage efficiency and resolve issues to improve performance.
  • Architect and deploy scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes and AWS.
  • Guarantee high-quality software delivery through comprehensive testing and validation.

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a strong software development background

Must-Have Skills:

  • 4–6 years of experience in software engineering specifically in Python
  • Strong experience in unit and integration testing.
  • Strong software engineering analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills

·       Ensure high-quality software delivery through rigorous testing and validation.

 

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with AWS services and containerisation Technologies (Kubernetes, EKS)
  • Familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD workflows, Github Actions and Datadog
