The Position:


  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify optimization/transformation initiatives
  • Understand the business and recommend improvements/solutions to help optimize/resolve
  • Analyse data, provide recommendations and communicate findings to internal teams/stakeholders
  • Lead on project/programmes, drive initiatives and execute end to end
  • Develop and build on stakeholder and internal team relations


The Candidate:


  • At least 3 yrs consulting experience in Financial Services
  • Strong analytical and structured problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing ability
  • Natural curiosity and be able to pick up various subject matters
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing projects end to end
