Major Organisation is seeking for a Technical Project Manager who will be based in Singapore and will be supporting their multi-year greenfield technology program. You will be part of pioneering team responsible for setting the structure of the department and be highly involved in running these projects from initiation through delivery. We are looking for individuals with applications implementation background. You will be responsible for communicating with senior stakeholders, across various delivery teams for Development, Test Environments Management, Production Release Management, Performance Management and Capacity Management, etc.

Key Responsibilities 

• Work within a regional team of dedicated project managers and engineers to deliver application integration solutions within the technology infrastructure environment
• Deliver a wide variety of technology projects including application implementations, new business applications or expansions.
• Focus on Project Management initiatives in Asia Pacific with an emphasis on:
  • Technology systems deployments / upgrades
  • Understand the design / purpose of each application requirement; define requirements for delivery including resources, costs, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate efficiently and effectively across the regional with the other Technology Software technical teams to deliver high visibility projects.
  • Facilitate meetings among stakeholders / vendors and regularly produce status update reports including schedule, issues, risks, budget performance
  • Produce detailed budgets and track costs throughout project lifecycle
  • Manage approvals and administrative requirements for procuremen

Qualifications

• Language: English native level and ability to clearly communicate across Asia Pacific, Vietnamese conversant preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a technical project manager in a regional setting
• Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills
• Confident, effective, and calm communicator in both technical and business forums
• Highly motivated, creative, analytical thinker with excellent documentation skills
• Time to market approach, capable of exceeding delivery expectations
• Diversified knowledge of software tools and applications, and comfortable managing projects with good understanding of business flow
• Able to work well with people from various background and able to appreciate and embrace differences in a diverse work environment.
