    Job Summary

    The role offers an opportunity to work within a global insurance enterprise. Aiding in their digital transformation program, working with multiple stakeholders situated in both global and regional parts of the globe.

    The Candidate:

    1. 3 – 5 years of project management experience.
    2. Good Stakeholder experience ranging from vendor to internal stakeholders.
    3. Platform experience with leading collaboration technologies with the following – Avaya Contact Center, NICE inContact
    4. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and experience with project delivery successes that include softphone, mobile workforce and unified communications.
    5. Excellent written/verbal skills
    6. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience recommended.
